A Fist Look At Jayson Tatum’s Upcoming Tatum 2 in “Momma’s Boy” colorway

Jayson Tatum has once again reunited with Jordan Brand to design the second installment to his basketball shoe, the Tatum 2. With a focus on emotion-driven design, the Tatum 2 promises to bring a unique blend of style and performance to the basketball court.

Jayson Tatum’s second signature shoe, the Tatum 2, is rooted in the motion and emotion that drives Jordan Brand’s approach to basketball shoe design. The Tatum 2 is designed specifically for the All-League forward’s game and for the needs of the next-up athlete who’s inspired to play like him. Now in his seventh year, Tatum has the skill to methodically pick his spots on the floor and the physicality to overwhelm his defenders at the rim. 

“For me, this second shoe represents evolution and how much I’ve grown as a player,” says Tatum. “I’m always building on my skills so I can be better than who I was yesterday. I hope consumers appreciate how much we put into this one.” 

The Tatum 2 releases in the “Momma’s Boy” colorway on March 5 at jordan.com and at select retailers. The “Vortex” colorway, which is available in full family sizing, releases April 4.
